4, 2009 Transcript Jax: Equinox, yes, they're a major defense contractor. I need a list of their board members. You're cutting out. Listen to me. Equinox, they're a major defense contractor. I need a list of their board members. Hey, do you know anyone on the board of Equinox? Alexis: If I did, I'd be all over them. Right now I just have to settle for annoying Agent Rayner. Jax: Well, he's out there with Mac. Alexis: I know. I just spoke to him about the ramifications about shooting civilians. Unfortunately, the law is not on our side. Have you seen it out there? Jax: Yeah, it's not pretty. Alexis: Shades of Metro Court. Jax: Yeah, it could be worse. Alexis: You know, there's going to be legal nightmares between the FBI, the hospital, and the local authorities. There needs to be a voice of reason. Jax: It's all yours. Alexis: I'm not just going to sit and watch. Jax: Believe me, neither am I. Jax: I was leaving the country when it happened. Can you believe that? After all the times I abandoned Carly after Michael was injured. Alexis: I'm sure you had your reasons. Jax: Well, Lady Jane was having problems closing some deal in Hong Kong, probably because she was distraught over Jerry. I can't believe I let my priorities get mixed up. Alexis: You're here now. Jax: Once again -- I mean I shouldn't have -- Alexis: You're here now. That's all that matters, all right? Jax: Yeah, I'm here now because I turned the jet around at the last minute. I was the last plane to land on the runway before they closed it. I should have never left Carly in the first place. Alexis: There's nothing like another catastrophe to remind us all of what's important, yes? Jax: Yeah. Alexis: All right, I'm going to go check on Mac. Jax: Okay, I'll go with you.
