Rebecca:
Shouldn't have I worn this?
Nikolas:
No, no, you look beautiful.
Rebecca:
I just realized I don't know, the way you're looking at me.
Nikolas:
Well, I'm not thinking of Emily.
Rebecca:
Well, what are you thinking?
Nikolas:
How much I'd like to get you out of this top.
Rebecca:
No. No, no sex for two weeks. What -- I made a promise with your
aunt to give her some time to dig up some dirt on me. And I'm going
to prove that she's wrong about me.
Nikolas:
I know, but did you --did you have to give her two weeks? I mean,
can't we revise the plan for time served?
Rebecca:
No, nice try.
Alexis:
I just wanted to tell you that I'm -- oh, sorry. I'm interrupting...again.
Nice top. That's a really pretty color. It's Emily's favorite color,
isn't it? Which is exactly the point.
Nikolas:
Yes, Alfred, have the launch ready. Alexis will be going back to
the mainland immediately, thank you.
Alexis:
No, Nikolas. Dismissing me isn't going to make this any less absurd.
Nikolas:
You're attacking her over her choice of wardrobe.
Alexis:
I could care less about what she's wearing. I'm pointing out that
up till now, she only wore black and leather and now, all of a sudden,
she's wearing a blouse that looks like it could come right out of
Emily's closet. You got to give it to Helena. At least she's thorough,
if less than subtle.
Rebecca:
Paranoid much?
Alexis:
Manipulative much? I thought the two of you weren't going to see
each other until I had the chance to look through her past.
Nikolas:
First off, I didn't agree to anything. Rebecca's deal with you is
that we wouldn't have sex for two weeks. Not that it's any of your
business. She's kept her promise. Look, all we're doing is simply
taking the sail around the harbor and coming back here for dinner.
Alexis:
Great. Because the sailboat is the perfect place for her to seal
the deal before I can prove that she's working for Helena.
Rebecca:
All right, let's just get to the bottom of this. What have you dug
up on me?
Alexis:
I'm still investigating Rebecca's background.
Nikolas:
So you still have no actual evidence?
Alexis:
Well, it's still early.
Nikolas:
Just some wild theory that she's plotting with Helena.
Alexis:
Nothing's too wild for Helena.
Rebecca:
You're the lawyer here. But as I've said before, aren't people innocent
until proven guilty?
Alexis:
Well, there's this thing called circumstantial evidence, and there's
a lot of it in this case. I think enough to prove a connection.
Nikolas:
She's a guest in my home, and what you're doing to her is actually
an insult to the both of us. Quite frankly, it's beneath you.
Alexis:
You know what? I agree. It is. Which should indicate just how worried
I am about you that this Woman is going to exploit the most painful
experience of your life.
Rebecca:
With all due respect, who made you the emotional police?
Nikolas:
I know that you think you have my best interests at heart, but really,
you need to start letting me live my own life. Now, if you'll excuse
us, we're going sailing, thank you.
Alexis:
Nikolas --
Nikolas:
And no, I didn't used to go sailing with Emily.
